I am so humbled and honored to be sharing these sacred lands that are so dear to my heart and have played such a major part in my own healing. After losing my beloved partner, Ryan, to his battle with anxiety and depression (unresolved trauma), I took the time and gave myself the space required to deeply grieve, feel and process the pain of his passing and the loss of the life we shared.
One year after his death, I embarked on my own personal journey of healing, ready to rise again. Holos Global was the place I landed and where I felt myself come back home! It is a heartfelt dream and honor to be guiding a group of special souls and sharing this sacred land with the prayer that you find a piece of yourself here that you didn’t even know you were looking for <3

The time to awaken and experience your inner good is now! Let us come together on the healing and holy land of Holos in the Diamante Valley of Costa Rica- one of the most biodiverse countries in the world- for an absolutely, undeniably epic journey of remembering and reconnecting to the Sacredness and celebration of who we are!
For six days and five nights we will be held, nourished and nurtured in body, heart, and spirit as we do our inner work. The flow of the retreat is designed with easeful transformation in mind. A perfect blend of deep inner work and PLAY!
Upon arrival you are invited to acclimate gently- allowing the bodies systems to slowly attune to the land, the group, and the experience. You will have time to settle in, nourish yourself with some fresh snacks, and our first group journey to the waterfalls for a cleansing ritual as a way to offer our hearts to the lands that will hold us as we do our deep and sacred soul work in the week ahead. Before we are lulled and healed by a transformational sound healing session by local sound guide, we will be nourished with our first of many delicious meals. We will have time to connect and enjoy our first meal in the company of our soul tribe. Finishing our day with the dreamiest of sound baths that will have us floating on a cloud so we can drop into the deepest sleep and wake up for our first full day together well rested and rejuvenated!
The flow of our full days together will follow a schedule of early awakening and silent tea ceremony with group journaling and morning sharing circles. Deliciously filling and nutrient dense breakfast, waterfall journey, lunch, somatic skills + processing group, movement, dinner, and evening activity. The day of our medicine ceremony will follow a slightly different flow. The days themes are as follows: arrive gently, get curious, feel to heal, release, celebrate life, and reemerge.
The intention for our time together is to offer an experience that allows each participant to remember and reconnect with a piece of their soul that had been exiled, forgotten about, or fragmented- and therefore allowing each soul to embody a deep understanding of the Light and goodness that they are, and their sacred interconnection with this life and the world around them. When we embody this understanding- it moves from the head to the heart- an idea or concept that was intellectually understood becomes known, and once that happens we can never be he same. This is the change we wish to see in the world- this is how we BE THE CHANGE! We have to experience and embody it first! And, when we deeply know that we BELONG to the world, the Earth, to each other, the way that we show up changes. We experience less fear, we hold less back, we let our light shine brighter, and we do better because we know better!

The accommodations are luxurious and spacious safari- inspired bell tents with high ceilings, air conditioning, comfortable full-size memory foam beds. The base camp is located overlooking and surrounded by the mountains and jungles of the valley and Diamante waterfall.
